LiCrON-Focus is for individuals who have started BETA-PFP who feel ready and eager to focus individually on a health and fitness-focused programme built on consistency, structure, and long-term physical stability. This is in itself NOT how LiCrON should be applied (it is more of a lifestyle approach with those you live with – and an individual approach is not ideal – however, it may still be applicable!


What is LiCrON Focused on

LiCrON (is an acronym for Low Calorie Calorie Restricted Optimum Nutrition) and it is concerned with putting your physical foundations first (ahead of any mental or emotional issues). This is different to BETA-PFP (which covers physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).

That means prioritising:

  • hydration and mineral balance

  • metabolic stability

  • nervous system regulation

  • recovery and sleep

  • sustainable movement

This pathway avoids extremes.

There is no pushing, hacking, or forcing — only steady correction and reinforcement.


How Sophia supports you here

Sophia supports your LiCrON Focus by helping you:

  • understand patterns that affect energy and recovery

  • recognise when to slow down or simplify

  • maintain rhythm rather than intensity

Sophia’s role here is practical and grounding.

She is not here to accelerate, diagnose, or overwhelm.


LiCrON-Focus  (Unique Support from Marcus) – don’t get confused. . .

LiCrON-Focus has been set up by Marcus Pearson because he knows certain individuals are ready, eager and willing to focus on their physical body at the start of a new year.

Some people notice secondary benefits over time when physical stability and rhythm improve.
Experiences vary, and no specific outcomes are expected or promised.

LiCrON represents a structured, body-first approach that many people find supportive when seeking greater physical stability and rhythm.
Whilst experiencing this through BETA-PFP (because this is what you will be doing) – you will:

  • Continue with the Support of Sophia
  • Receive focused LiCrON support from Marcus
  • Be able to discuss your own ideas about how you might extend the benefits of LiCrON through your own new future Pods (these Pods may focus on health and fitness for a specific group/team/sport/ etc that you are involved with).

For now, this information is sufficient.
Any further understanding comes through lived experience, applied at your own pace and discretion.
